- ? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when required.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify customer requirements and cross-sell suitable banking products.
- Maintain excellent service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow qualified telephone etiquette and established processes.

- Intermediate/12th pass candidates are NOT eligible.
- Pursuing higher education candidates are not eligible.
- B. Pharmacy students are not eligible.

- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
- Regional language proficiency is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound decision-making and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to effectively handle both service and sales conversations.
