Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell motors, water pumps, electrical items, and related products in Thiruvananthapuram.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales and should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate business.

ITI or Diploma candidates are highly preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers, dealers, retailers, contractors, and businesses regularly.
- Promote and sell motors, water pumps, electrical products, and related items.
- Generate new leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders,



and payments.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Ensure timely communication and professional customer service.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Experience in selling motors, water pumps, electrical items, hardware, industrial products, or similar products will be an advantage.
- ITI or Diploma candidates are highly preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Candidate must have their own bike/two-wheeler.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and motors will be an added advantage.
