Natrajan Security and Facility Services Private Limited invites applications from skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers for recruitment and empanelment in our manpower pool for deployment at industrial units, manufacturing facilities, PSUs, government organisations, infrastructure projects, corporate establishments and other client locations. Selected candidates will be empanelled with the Company and may be deployed at client/project sites as and when suitable assignments/contracts are awarded and mampover is required.

1. UNSKILLED WORKERS 50+ POSITIONS

Examples: Helpers, Loaders, General Workers, Support Staff, etc.

• Age: 18-55 years •No specific educational qualification required

• Physically fit and capable of performing assigned duties

• Previous experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory

CATEGORIES & ELIGIBILITY

2. SEMI-SKILLED WORKERS 25+ POSITIONS Examples: Mason Helpers, Electrician Helpers, Plumber Helpers,



Fabrication Helpers, Machine/Production Helpers, etc.

•

Age: 18-55 years

• Relevant work experience preferred • Basic knowledge of the relevant trade/work

• ITI/trade qualification, wherever applicable, will be an advantage

3. SKILLED WORKERS 25+ POSITIONS Trades include: Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, Fabricators/Welders, Carpenters, HVAC Technicians and other technical trades.

Age: 18-55 years ⚫ITI/Trade Certificate OR

• Relevant practical experience, preferably 1-3 years or more

• Candidates may be required to undergo skill/trade verification before deployment

Note: The above numbers are indicative. The Company may empanel additional suitable candidates to maintain an adequate ready-to-deploy manpower pool.
