? Key Responsibilities:
?️ Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
? Read and understand engineering drawings and ensure work is carried out accordingly.
? Coordinate with workers, contractors, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.
? Monitor construction work to ensure proper quality and specifications are maintained.
? Inspect ongoing work and identify issues that require correction or improvement.
? Ensure construction activities follow safety rules and site safety regulations.
? Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
? Monitor construction materials and ensure they are used appropriately at the site.
? Maintain basic site records, work updates, and progress reports.
? Coordinate with the project team to complete assigned activities within timelines.
? Support engineering and technical requirements during project execution.
? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, as per experience and skill
