Job Summary

ThinkNEXT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team in Ludhiana/Mohali.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting digital marketing services, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services to businesses and organizations.
- Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, social networking and other business development channels.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business deals.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
- Travel within Ludhiana and nearby areas for client meetings and field sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any stream.
- Candidates with experience in Justdial Business Development roles will be preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel as required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Valid driving license and car driving skills preferred.
