JOB DESCRIPTION – MIS CUM TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE

Reporting To: Operations Manager

1. Job PurposeThe MIS Cum Transport Executive will be responsible for maintaining daily operational records, preparing MIS reports, coordinating delivery vehicles and drivers, monitoring dispatches and deliveries, and ensuring that all transport-related information is updated accurately and on time.

The candidate should be comfortable working on MS Excel, WhatsApp, basic computer applications and daily operational data.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. MIS & Data ManagementMaintain daily sales, dispatch and delivery MIS.

- Prepare daily vehicle-wise and route-wise delivery reports.
- Maintain customer-wise delivery records.
- Update daily order, dispatch, delivery and pending-delivery status.
- Maintain records of delivered, undelivered, cancelled and returned jars.
- Prepare daily stock movement reports – Opening Stock, Dispatch, Return and Closing Stock.
- Maintain customer outstanding / pending delivery information as required.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational MIS for management.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately and updated on the same day.
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of delivery documents.

B. Transport & Vehicle CoordinationCoordinate with drivers and delivery staff for daily routes.

- Prepare and communicate daily vehicle-wise delivery plans.
- Ensure vehicles are allocated according to delivery requirements.




- Track vehicle departure, route movement and return to the plant.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding customer delivery issues.
- Monitor late deliveries and report the reason to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain vehicle-wise trip records.
- Maintain records of vehicle running, fuel and basic transport expenses.
- Ensure drivers submit delivery sheets.
- Follow up for missing delivery documents.

C. Delivery & Customer CoordinationCoordinate with the sales/operations team regarding daily delivery requirements.

- Follow up with drivers for pending deliveries.
- Inform the concerned person about delivery failures, customer complaints or route issues.
- Maintain customer-wise delivery schedules.
- Ensure delivery information is updated in the company's system/MIS.

D. Daily ReportingThe employee will be responsible for preparing/submitting:

Daily:

- Vehicle Dispatch Report
- Delivery Report
- Pending Delivery Report
- Jar Movement Report
- Vehicle/Driver Attendance Report
- Route-wise Delivery Report
- 3. Required SkillsBasic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas such as SUM, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP will be an advantage.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Positive communication skills.




- Ability to coordinate with drivers and delivery staff.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of transport/logistics operations.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak delivery hours.
- Should be responsible, punctual and disciplined.

4. QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any stream. Candidates with experience in MIS, logistics, delivery coordination, transport, FMCG distribution or warehouse operations will be preferred.

5. Experience0–2 years

Freshers with good Excel knowledge and communication skills can also be considered.

6. Working HoursFull Time

Working hours may vary depending on daily delivery operations. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with drivers and delivery teams during operational hours.

7. SalaryApprox. ₹15,000 per month

Salary may be revised based on experience, performance and ability to independently handle MIS and transport operations.

8. Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be computer-friendly, good at Excel, responsible with data and comfortable coordinating with drivers and delivery staff.

The candidate should not only sit at the computer preparing reports but should also actively follow up with the transport team to ensure that the day's deliveries are completed and properly recorded.

9. Key RequirementGood Excel + Good Follow-up + Good Communication + Discipline = Suitable Candidate

Preferred candidate: Someone living in or around Greater Noida / Suthiyana / Dadri Road / Surajpur / Bisrakh / Noida Extension who can conveniently reach the workplace.
