We are looking for a Female Technical Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. If you have experience in a voice process, BPO, or customer support and enjoy interacting with customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, we'd love to hear from you.

- Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and customer support over calls.
- Resolve customer queries in a qualified and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- RequirementsExperience:



1–2 years in Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support.
- Mandatory: Experience in cross-selling and upselling.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Note: This is primarily a customer support role with cross-selling and upselling responsibilities. It is not a hardcore sales role.Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
