Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, develop current business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and support B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, email, networking, and online research.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and market trends.
- Follow up with leads,



prepare quotations/proposals, and support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, sales, and business-development targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
- Requirements2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Willingness to work from Vadaperumbakkam, Chennai.
