We are looking for an experienced Air Export Manager with 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding and air export operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end air export shipments, coordinating with airlines, overseas agents, customers, customs, and internal teams while ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment movement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end air export operations, from shipment booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, GSSAs, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
- Obtain competitive air freight rates and negotiate with airlines and vendors.
- Handle MAWB/HAWB preparation, documentation, invoicing, pre-alerts, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and compliance.
- Monitor flight schedules, cut-offs, cargo acceptance, and shipment connections.
- Handle export shipments including general cargo, DG, time-critical and project cargo.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, rollovers, and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, RFQs, and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines and overseas agents.
- Monitor shipment profitability, operational costs, and revenue.
- Ensure proper billing and timely submission of vendor invoices.
- Prepare MIS reports covering shipment volumes, revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs,



airline requirements, and applicable customs regulations.
- Lead and guide the air export operations team.
- Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of international air freight processes and documentation.
- Good understanding of MAWB, HAWB, AWB cut-off, customs clearance, and airline procedures.
- Experience handling export shipments from India to international destinations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of DG cargo and IATA procedures will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight-forwarding/ERP systems.
