We are looking for experienced, responsible and professional drivers to join our growing team and operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.

Job Description

RR Travels is hiring drivers for 4-seater cars, 6-seater vehicles and buses. Selected candidates will be responsible for the safe, timely and professional transportation of employees, customers and passengers according to assigned routes and schedules.

The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, a valid driving licence for the respective vehicle category, knowledge of Bengaluru roads and a strong commitment to passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate the assigned company vehicle.
- Pick up and drop off employees/customers according to assigned schedules.
- Follow assigned routes and instructions from the operations team.
- Report for duty on time and maintain punctuality.
- Follow all traffic rules and road-safety regulations.
- Ensure passenger safety throughout every trip.
- Maintain polite, professional and respectful behaviour with passengers.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and presentable.
- Conduct basic daily checks of the vehicle before starting duty.
- Check basic vehicle conditions such as tyres, fuel, lights and brakes.
- Immediately report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damages or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain trip sheets and other required records.
- Coordinate with the site in-charge and operations team.
- Use Google Maps/navigation applications when required.
- Handle the company vehicle responsibly.
- Follow all company rules,



policies and operational procedures.

Vehicle Categories

4-Seater Car Drivers

Responsible for operating company cars for employee transportation, corporate travel, local trips, airport transfers and other assigned duties.

Preferred:

- Previous professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads and locations.
- Safe and confident driving skills.
- Ability to use Google Maps.

6-Seater Vehicle Drivers

Responsible for operating 6-seater/MUV vehicles for employee transportation, corporate transportation, customer travel and assigned trips.

Preferred:

- Experience driving MUV/6-seater vehicles.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Good passenger-handling skills.
- Safe and responsible driving habits.

Bus Drivers

Responsible for operating company/staff buses for employee transportation and other assigned routes.

Preferred:

- Valid licence appropriate for the bus category.
- Previous professional bus-driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and highways.
- Ability to safely operate a bus in city traffic and on highways.
- Strong understanding of passenger safety.

Eligibility Criteria

- Valid driving licence for the respective vehicle category.
- Professional/commercial driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Safe driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Polite and professional behaviour.
- Willingness to work according to assigned shifts and schedules.
- Ability to follow instructions from the operations/site-in-charge team.
- Experience in corporate transportation, employee transportation,



travel companies, cab services or staff transportation will be an advantage.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: As per assigned duty/route and company requirements

Weekly Off: Sunday

Candidates should be comfortable working according to assigned transportation schedules and operational requirements

Salary & Incentives

Monthly Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000

In addition to the fixed salary, performance/duty-based incentives may be provided as per company policy and assigned work.

Salary + Incentives = Better Earning Opportunity

Final salary and incentives may vary based on vehicle category, experience, duty requirements and performance.
