Vending Machine Executive

The Super Toys Vending Machine | The Marina Mall, Chennai

The Super Toys is looking for a responsible, organized, and reliable person to manage our toy vending machine at The Marina Mall, Chennai.

This is a one-visit-per-day role, where you will visit the vending machine once every day to check and refill the stock.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit the vending machine once every day.
- Check the available stock and identify products that need to be refilled.
- Collect the required products from our office/store.
- Travel to The Marina Mall, Chennai, and restock the vending machine.
- Arrange the toys neatly and ensure the machine looks clean and organized.
- Update the stock in our software after restocking.
- Update the inventory records in Microsoft Excel.
- Check whether the vending machine is functioning properly.




- Report any machine issues or other concerns to the team immediately.

Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and software.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in delivery, field operations, inventory management, or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.
