Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining products, handling queries, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets.

- Key Responsibilities:Contact customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers professionally.
- Convert leads into successful orders/sales.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers regularly.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain customer details and sales records in CRM.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and customer support.
