About the Role

We are looking for a School Stories Associate to build relationships with the schools Brainmoto works with and discover the real stories behind their experiences.

You will speak with principals, academic leaders and teachers, understand what they are experiencing, identify interesting stories and turn them into useful content, school advocacy and new school interest.

This is not a teaching or school-based role. You will work from our Camp, Pune office, with regular interaction with schools and occasional school visits.

What You Will Do

- Build and maintain robust relationships with Brainmoto schools.
- Speak with principals, academic leaders, coordinators and teachers.
- Conduct short interviews and conversations to discover interesting school stories.
- Identify genuine experiences, observations and insights that are worth sharing.
- Coordinate principal and teacher stories, testimonials, quotes, photos and short videos.
- Turn conversations into engaging written and visual content.
- Help create and coordinate LinkedIn stories and other content.
- Work with schools to review and approve stories before they are shared.
- Identify schools and principals who may be willing to participate in stories, testimonials, referrals or introductions.
- Follow up with schools and help build long-term advocacy relationships.
- Work closely with the Founder, Director and internal teams to take stories from idea to completion.

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
- Is naturally curious and asks good follow-up questions.
- Can listen carefully and identify an interesting story within an ordinary conversation.




- Is comfortable speaking with principals and senior educators.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can turn conversations into clear, engaging stories.
- Is organized and good at following through.
- Is comfortable taking ownership without being given instructions at every step.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone to capture simple photos and short videos.
- Is interested in education, people and storytelling.

Good to Have

Experience in any of the following would be useful:

- Content or communications
- Journalism or storytelling
- Instructional design
- School communications
- Community building
- PR
- Events
- Partnerships
- Social media or LinkedIn

You do not need experience in all of these areas. Curiosity, communication, relationship-building and ownership are more significant.

Who This Role Is Not For

This role may not be suitable if you are looking for:

- A teaching or school administration role
- A purely social-media or content-production job
- A purely desk-based role
- A role where you receive detailed instructions for every task
- A remote or work-from-home position

Who You Will Work With

You will work directly with the Founder and Director and interact regularly with school principals, academic leaders and teachers. You will also collaborate with the Program Delivery and Sales teams.

What Success Looks Like

You will build strong relationships with schools, consistently discover genuine stories, turn them into high-quality content, and help create a growing network of school advocates and introductions.

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in a School Stories Associate.
