- Carry out and supervise all types of wiring.
- Ensure panel board wiring is done and check it logically.
- When recent heaters arrive, test them and inform the head.
- Resolve any electrical faults in all machines.
- Install motors and sensors in dampers and get their wiring done.
- Test ordered blowers, inform the head, and record AMP readings.
- Check motors, provide data to the head, and generate reports with serial numbers.
- Maintain stock of necessary electrical items.
- Check electrical items received as per PO; inform the head if there are any queries.
- Perform trolley wiring.
- Maintain soft and hard copies of party-wise panel board wiring diagrams.
- Prepare warranty-wise sheets for all electrical items in use.
- Get chamber heater wiring done and check it.
- Maintain all electrical components used in machinery.
- For any updates related to panels or machinery, make inquiries and take approval from the head.
- Update Excel sheets for panel board and blower testing reports.
- Make inquiries for electrical materials and prepare Excel sheets.
- Procure electrical materials (with head approval).
- Write a daily to-do list.
