We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to lead the Immigration Sales team while also achieving individual sales targets. The role involves team management, client counselling, lead conversion, revenue generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team to achieve team targets.

• Handle and convert fresh leads through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Counsel clients regarding PR, Work Visa, Study Visa, Visit Visa, and Business Immigration programs.

• Personally, handle high-potential leads, negotiations, and closures.

• Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, follow-ups, and revenue.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching.

• Ensure proper CRM updates and effective lead follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth client handover.





• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management.

• Stay updated on immigration programs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Immigration, Visa Consulting, Overseas Education, Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate.

• Previous Team Lead/Sales Manager experience preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

• Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• English communication is mandatory; Hindi/Telugu is an advantage.

• Strong target orientation, ownership, and accountability.
