MIS Executive – Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reports, data collection, data analysis, and management information systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and preparing timely reports to support business decisions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Prepare sales, performance, productivity, attendance, and operational reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations.
- Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Create Excel dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and automated reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required information.
- Maintain and update reporting formats as per management requirements.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with the concerned teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting archives.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis whenever required.
- Support management with data-driven reports for decision-making.

- Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate degree in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, or data management.
- Freshers with robust Excel skills may also be considered.
- Experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is an advantage.
- Required SkillsAdvanced MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Knowledge of Excel dashboards and report automation preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP software is an added advantage.
