M/s Sugandha Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing Electrical EPC / EHV projects and lead coordination between site teams, management and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and monitor multiple EHV projects through project supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, manpower and execution.
- Coordinate with supervisors on project planning, execution, materials and site issues.
- Consolidate site updates and prepare qualified progress reports for management and clients.
- Handle client emails, official correspondence, follow-ups and day-to-day communication.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, billing, deliverables and pending activities.
- Identify execution challenges and ensure timely resolution through coordination with site teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE





- 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical EPC / EHV projects.
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EHV underground cable projects, cable laying, jointing, testing and commissioning.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination and professional email-writing skills.
- Good understanding of project reporting, BOQ, measurements and billing.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and regularly visit project sites.
