- Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct engaging music and dance classes for students.
- Teach age-appropriate dance forms, movements, rhythms, songs, and basic musical concepts.
- Prepare students for school functions, annual day, competitions, assemblies, cultural programmes and special events.
- Choreograph group performances and coordinate rehearsals effectively.
- Identify and develop students’ individual talents in music and dance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with class teachers and the school management for programmes and activities.
- Select suitable songs, music, and dance routines according to the age group and school guidelines.
- Maintain regular practice schedules and ensure students are well-prepared for performances.
- Take care of music/dance equipment and maintain the required resources.
- Encourage creativity, confidence,



teamwork, and stage presence among students.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate/Diploma/Certificate in Music, Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of dance forms and basic music concepts.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and comfortable working with children.
- Ability to choreograph and train students for stage performances.
- Previous experience in a school setting will be an advantage.
