? Location: Goa- Verna

? Education: Graduate

? Experience: 2–4 years in HR / Recruitment Operations

? Salary: ₹35,000–₹38,000 NTH + PF + Mediclaim + Performance-based Incentive

? Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment – screening to final onboarding

New-joiner onboarding and MIS coordination

Track Hero MGR sessions and conduct current-joiner connects

Manage exits, exit interviews and attrition analysis

Handle disciplinary actions, PIP cases and COBC matters

Manage PF queries and ensure timely resolution

Handle attendance, BT credentials and MGR portal onboarding

Cross-verify SFA attendance

Conduct regular market visits with MGRs to understand field challenges





Provide guidance/training to improve employee performance

Take appropriate corrective action, including warnings, wherever required

Support payroll input preparation and other HR operations

Good knowledge of HR & Recruitment Operations

Strong stakeholder management

Good MS Excel knowledge

Ability to handle employee relations and field-level HR activities
