Job Description – Telecalling & Sales Executive (Female)

- Contact potential customers through leads received from IndiaMART.

- Make outbound calls to customers and understand their machinery requirements.

- Explain company products, features, pricing and suitable machine options.

- Generate new leads through IndiaMART and other available sources.

- Regularly follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

- Convince interested customers to visit the showroom or arrange a product meeting/demo.

- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.

- Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and support the sales team in closing deals.

- Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups and enquiries.

- Achieve assigned calling,



lead generation and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the management/sales team for quotations and customer requirements.

- Training and complete guidance will be provided by the management team.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Confident, energetic and sales-oriented personality.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Knowledge of Telugu/Odia/Oriya will be an added advantage.

- Skilled appearance and good interpersonal skills.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
