SPRS Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates based in Chennai who have experience in recruitment and HR activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and recruit suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic HR interviews and initial candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Handle job postings and recruitment activities.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets within the given timelines.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good time-management and coordination skills.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates based in or able to work for the Chennai recruitment market are preferred.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹16,000 to ₹28,000 per month
