- Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and train junior electricians and field technicians. Assign daily work orders and ensure secure practices on site.
- Installation: Install all wiring, lighting, control panels, circuit breakers, and transformers. Perform conduit bending, cable pulling, and termination.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex electrical faults using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other testing instruments. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, national electrical standards, and plant safety regulations (such as LOTO and PPE usage). Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial, residential, or industrial environments.
- Education: High school or diploma.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of electrical systems (low/high voltage).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in diverse indoor or field conditions
