- Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of formal education.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years as an Interior Designer.
- Project experience: Should have independently led and delivered 5–6 residential interior projects.
- Design skills: Conceptual design, layouts, styling, mood boards, modular kitchens/furniture, materials, aesthetics and functionality.
- Technical skills: AutoCAD, drawings, material specifications, execution details, civil works and services.
- Commercial skills: Preparing BoQs, coordinating with agencies, presenting designs and closing sales.
- Client management: Regularly communicate with homeowners, understand requirements, incorporate feedback and maintain a strong customer experience.
- Project ownership: Responsible for the project from initial client interaction through design,
execution and completion.
- Soft skills: Result-oriented, ethical, collaborative, positive communicator, willing to learn and capable of driving performance.
What the role really means :- The important point is that this is not purely a design position.

1. Sales – Convert leads and close the customer.
2. Design – Produce creative, technically accurate and practical designs.
3. Customer experience – Manage communication and expectations throughout the project.
4. Project execution – Coordinate the project end-to-end and ensure quality.
