Shingare Industries is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, customer communication, and order processing activities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams. This role is well suited for someone with around 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, or a similar role.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately and on time.
- Process and coordinate Purchase Orders (PO) received from customers.
- Prepare and generate E-Way Bills as required for dispatches.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
- Handle regular email communication with customers and internal departments.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, PIs, POs, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, logistics,



and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Requirements1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Back Office, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of PI, PO, quotation, invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
