Purchase Executive

EFPL Group – Essel Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in NSP, Delhi.

Location: NSP, Delhi

Experience: 5–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement activities for materials, products, and services.

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.

Source quotations from vendors and negotiate prices and commercial terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment-related matters.

Maintain and update vendor records, purchase data, quotations, and related documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and procurement requirements.

Monitor pending purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Compare vendor quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.





Maintain procurement reports and MIS using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Assist in developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

5–6 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, or Vendor Management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Knowledge of Tally will be an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and deadlines.

Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
