Job Title: Labour / Production Helper

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Factory In-charge

Job PurposeTo support daily manufacturing and production activities, maintain workplace cleanliness, handle materials safely, and assist machine operators and production workers as required.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Load, unload, move and arrange raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist machine operators and other production staff.
- Perform packing, counting, sorting and labelling of products.
- Check products for visible defects and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
- Follow instructions given by the Production Supervisor.
- Handle tools, materials and equipment carefully.
- Follow all safety rules and use required safety equipment.
- Maintain proper arrangement of materials in the factory.
- Help in shifting and stacking finished products.
- Support other departments whenever required.
- Complete assigned work within the required time and production targets.




- Required SkillsAbility to perform physical work for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of factory/production work.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good discipline and punctuality.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn recent production processes.
- QualificationNo specific educational qualification required.
- Minimum basic reading/understanding ability preferred.
- ExperienceFreshers can apply.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/factory unit will be an advantage.
- Working ConditionsWork will be performed in a manufacturing/production environment.
- May require standing and physical movement for long periods.
- Shift work may be applicable as per production requirements.
