? Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Explain pre-approved loan offers, eligibility, tenure and applicable charges.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.

- Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful loan cases.

- Follow up with customers and maintain professional relationships.

- Coordinate with the processing team for documentation and loan processing.

- Achieve assigned sales and monthly performance targets.

- Maintain proper customer records and follow company policies.

? Candidate Profile

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.





- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of loans/financial products will be an advantage.
