Shift Timings: 8 am to 6 pm, 9 am to 7 pm (weekends compulsory working can take off on week days)

Salary Range: Fresher’s – 15k to 17k gross + Incentives, Experienced – 17k to 22k gross + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Services ( Handling calls with clients and client generation ).

• Making outbound calls (and handling inbound).

• Explain features, generate leads, and resolve queries.

• Focusing on building rapport.

• Meeting sales targets.

• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
