Civil Engineer – Fresher to Project Team Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for Civil Engineering professionals ranging from Freshers to experienced Project Team Leads to join our residential and luxury villa construction projects.

The role and responsibilities will be assigned based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, leadership skills, and project exposure.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFreshers / Junior EngineersAssist in day-to-day site supervision.
- Monitor civil construction activities.
- Check work as per drawings and specifications.
- Assist in quantity measurements and material requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
- Learn and support quality and safety procedures.
- Site Engineers / Experienced EngineersIndependently supervise civil and finishing works.
- Manage RCC, block work, plastering, waterproofing and flooring works.
- Coordinate MEP, architectural and structural works.
- Monitor subcontractors, manpower and materials.
- Check quality and progress of work.
- Prepare work plans, progress reports and material requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with consultants.
- Senior Engineers / Project Team LeadsLead complete project execution from foundation to final handover.
- Manage Shell & Core, civil finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers and clients.
- Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, manpower and materials.




- Ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Handle premium finishes, interior works and MEP coordination.
- Manage snagging, rectification and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards.

- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers to 10+ years of experience can apply.
- Experience in residential, villa, commercial or interior projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred.
- Leadership and project management skills required for senior positions.
