- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients, projects, companies, and business opportunities relevant to the Company’s services.
- Research upcoming projects, market trends, industries, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in contacting potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Generate and develop leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM to manage leads, client information, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with senior team members for client meetings, presentations, proposals, and business development activities.




- Maintain and develop skilled relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support digital marketing and social media activities, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track business development activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s services, projects, industry, competitors, and target customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth execution of business development activities.
- Participate in client visits, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development initiatives as required.
- Preferred SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Strong research and lead-generation abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and senior professionals.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
