About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to join our stock market and investment services team.

The role involves meeting potential clients in person, understanding their financial and investment interests, explaining our stock market/investment services, and helping build long-term client relationships.

This is a field-oriented role and requires someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating confidently, and developing relationships.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, mutual funds, stock broking, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, references, networking, and local outreach.
- Meet clients at their offices, homes, or other suitable locations to understand their investment requirements.
- Explain the stock market, investment products, and services offered by the company in a simple and clear manner.
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Assist clients with the onboarding/account-opening process as required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and client-acquisition targets.
- Stay updated on basic stock market and investment concepts.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-sales environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic understanding or interest in the stock market and financial markets.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work toward targets.

Freshers: Freshers with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance on basic stock market concepts and our services will be provided.

Experienced Candidates: Candidates with experience in field sales, financial services, stock broking, mutual funds, insurance, banking, or relationship management are preferred but not mandatory.
