- Site Supervision: Oversee daily installation of curtain walls, glazing, aluminium composite panels (ACP), and structural glass.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and implement complex architectural, structural, and facade shop drawings.
- Quality Control: Check that installation matches approved specifications, safety codes, and alignment standards.
- Coordination: Work with main contractors, architects, fabricators, and vendors to explicit site bottlenecks.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily output, record site measurements, and prepare status reports.
- Issue Resolution: Spot design or fit clashes on site and coordinate technical solutions with the engineering office.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on site execution experience in the facade, glazing, or cladding industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of facade types (unitized/stick curtain walls, ACP, spider glazing, skylights) and waterproofing details.

Software: Ability to read and navigate AutoCAD or basic CAD/BIM tools.
