- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Perform material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and issuance activities.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Track inventory movements and update records in SAP systems.
- Handle inward and outward material transactions.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain store-related records as per ISO standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Support ISO surveillance and certification auditsonduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Identify inventory variances and recommend corrective measures.
