VAIS is looking for a SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, running, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute SEO and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Run Instagram advertising campaigns to generate leads and engagement.
- Manage YouTube Ads and video advertising campaigns.
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize video ad campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through Google, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube Ads.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets for better CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.




- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives, videos, banners, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Lead Generation.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads/Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Experience running YouTube Ads and video advertising campaigns.
- Positive understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and content marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates with proven lead-generation results or an advertising portfolio will be preferred.
