About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Business Development Associates to drive student admissions by converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospective parents on leads generated through the PRO team and marketing campaigns.
- Explain the curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and unique offerings of the school.
- Counsel parents, address queries, schedule campus visits, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed student admissions and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain a seamless admission experience and build strong relationships with parents.
- Update calls, follow-ups, and admission status accurately in the CRM/portal.
- Coordinate with the PRO team and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,00,000 per annum

Work Schedule

- 6-day work week
- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days, with a weekday off.
