• Greet and engage walk-in customers, understanding their needs, occasion, and budget

• Present and explain jewellery collections (rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, mangalsutras, etc.), diamond

quality (cut, clarity, certification), and metal options (9K/14K/18K, gold tones)

• Guide customers through the engagement ring and custom jewellery design process

• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently

• Educate customers on Kohira's promises — IGI certification, BIS hallmarking, lifetime exchange/buyback,

and lab-grown diamond value

• Handle billing, order processing, and coordination with the workshop for custom/resizing orders

• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business/referrals

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays

• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and virtual appointment bookings

• Stay updated on current collections, pricing, and ongoing offers
