Executive (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads and a

good working knowledge of Google Ads to manage lead generation campaigns for real estate

projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

• Create ad creatives, audience strategies, and campaign structures for Meta.

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Performance Max).

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GTM and GA4.

• Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets,



and improve lead quality.

• Coordinate with the design and web teams for creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing for real estate.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (mandatory).

Working knowledge of Google Ads (mandatory).

Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, GTM, and GA4.

Ability to create and guide high-performing Meta ad creatives.

Experience in real estate lead generation is preferred.

Solid analytical and communication skills.
