We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our skin and aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various clinic and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/branch teams.




- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Work on bulk hiring and branch-wise recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate with branch managers and management regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
