Job Title: AC Technician / Quality Engineer – RAC Master Trainer (AC Product Line)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed Salary) + ? Travel Allowance

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced AC Technician / Quality Engineer cum RAC Master Trainer for Manufacturing & Quality operations in the Room AC product line. The candidate will be responsible for product quality inspection, installation & servicing standards, technical troubleshooting, and delivering structured RAC training aligned with national skill standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality control and testing of Room AC units
- Monitor installation, servicing, and repair activities
- Maintain best service practices during AC installation
- Troubleshoot technical and refrigerant-related issues
- Deliver technical training (theory + practical) as per National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)



/ National Skills Qualifications Framework Level-6 standards
- Train candidates on safety, refrigerant handling, tools & equipment usage
- Conduct assessments and maintain training documentation

Main Preference:

- Strong knowledge of Room AC product functioning
- In-depth knowledge of refrigerants & refrigerant cycle (R22, R32, R410A etc.)
- Expertise in installation, repair, gas charging, vacuuming & pressure testing
- Knowledge of refrigerant tools & equipment
- Strict adherence to safety procedures while handling refrigerants
- Training/mentoring capability in RAC domain
