Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships, and ensure excellent customer service at the retail/outlet level.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers and generate new business.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and availability at the outlet.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, walk-ins, and local market activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
