- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Shoot jewellery/product videos at the showroom using phone/camera
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels
- Find recent Reel trends and adapt them for Chandi Khazana
- Write captions and content in Hindi/English/Gujarati where appropriate
- Create festival, offer and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with showroom staff for content creation
- Basic graphic designing using Canva or similar tools
- Edit Reels using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Monitor Instagram insights and monthly performance
- Research competitors and jewellery/fashion content
- Assist with Meta Ads and digital campaigns
- Generate ideas to increase enquiries, showroom visits and sales
- Maintain a proper content calendar and posting schedule
