Job SummaryWe have an immediate requirement for a Marketing Manager for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant in Erode. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales of ready mix concrete.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and sales strategies for RMC products.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads from construction projects, builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the plant, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Follow up with clients, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company's RMC products and strengthen brand presence in the local market.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.




- Explore new markets and opportunities to increase RMC sales and market share.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in Ready Mix Concrete, construction materials, cement, or infrastructure industries.
- Strong knowledge of the local construction and real estate market will be an advantage.
- Valuable network with builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for client visits and business development.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
