Company HR Operations & Recruitment ( Internal Only )

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Attendance , Salary Processing through Automatic HRMS , Employee Relationship Management




- Administer employee perks programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and policies.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
