Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM
- Typing accuracy: 90% or above
- Excellent written communication skills
- Relevant experience in Chat/Email Support preferred as applicable
Experience Requirement
- Chat Support: Prior experience in Chat/Live Chat/Web Chat/Customer Service Chat required
- Email Support: Prior experience in an Email Support process required
Shift & Work Schedule
- Male Candidates: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM shift window; any 9-hour shift
- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 6 working days with rotational week off
