Dream Life Educational Services is looking for an experienced and performance-driven manager to lead our admissions sales, telecalling, counselling and day-to-day operations.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the complete student-admission process, from lead allocation to admission confirmation

✅ Lead telecallers and closing counsellors

✅ Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets

✅ Manage CRM lead allocation, follow-ups and pipeline stages

✅ Handle parent objections and support high-value admission closures

✅ Conduct team meetings, training, mock calls and performance reviews

✅ Monitor call quality, conversion rates and team productivity

✅ Coordinate college information, fee structures and admission procedures

✅ Develop SOPs for follow-ups, documentation and payment tracking

✅ Submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports

✅ Take ownership of overall admissions sales and office operations

? Candidate Requirements

? 3–6 years of experience in sales, admissions, counselling, business development or operations

? Team-handling experience is mandatory

? Experience managing a team of 5–10 members is preferred

? Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead follow-ups and admission closures





? Experience using LeadSquared or a similar CRM

? Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

? Strong Tamil and English communication skills

? Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

? Comfortable working in a target-driven setting

? Must be willing to work full-time from our Coimbatore office

? Compensation

? Fixed CTC: ₹3.5–₹4.2 LPA

? Performance-Linked Incentives: Up to ₹1.8 LPA

? Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹6 LPA

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, team-management capability, previous performance and interview assessment.
