About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer who is solid in both Backend and Frontend Development. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing, maintaining, and improving web applications from database and server-side logic to user-facing interfaces.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of APIs, databases, frontend frameworks, backend architecture, security, and performance optimization.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complete web applications across frontend and backend.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and server-side applications.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, and database-related issues.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and basic application security.
- Optimize website/application performance and loading speed.
- Work closely with the design, SEO, digital marketing, and management teams.
- Test applications and ensure functionality across browsers and devices.
- Maintain existing applications and introduce new features as required.
- Manage deployment, hosting, version control, and basic server configuration when required.

Required Technical SkillsFrontend:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js or similar frameworks
- Responsive design
- Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Basic UI/UX understanding

Backend:

- Node.js / PHP / Python / Laravel / similar backend technology
- REST APIs
- Authentication & authorization
- Server-side application development





Database:

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Database design and optimization
- Queries, relationships, indexing, and data management

Other Skills:

- Git & GitHub
- API integration
- JSON
- Web hosting and deployment
- Basic Linux/server knowledge
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Understanding of website security and performance
- Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Docker
- Experience with CI/CD
- Understanding of SEO-friendly development
- Experience working with payment gateways
- Knowledge of third-party integrations
- Experience developing admin panels and dashboards

- EducationB.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.

Compensation Salary: As per experience and technical expertise.

Work ScheduleWorking Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
