Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of all technical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other infrastructure across our outlets/facilities. The candidate will be responsible for minimizing breakdowns, ensuring timely preventive maintenance, managing vendors and technicians, and maintaining safety and operational standards.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all maintenance activities across company outlets and facilities.
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and other assets.
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets to identify potential maintenance issues before they lead to breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate immediate resolution to minimize operational disruption.
- Maintain a proper maintenance schedule and preventive maintenance calendar for all outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads regarding maintenance requirements and priorities.
- Supervise and manage in-house technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance staff.
- Allocate maintenance jobs to technicians and monitor completion within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, AMC providers, and service agencies whenever specialized services are required.




- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance complaints, breakdowns, repairs, AMC, spare parts, and service reports.
- Monitor the inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, electrical items, plumbing materials, and other consumables.
- Ensure timely procurement of required spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Verify vendor/service bills against actual work completed before submitting them for approval.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Regularly inspect electrical panels, wiring, fire-related systems, water supply, drainage, gas lines, and other critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical equipment.
- Track recurring equipment failures and identify the root cause to prevent repeated breakdowns.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports, pending-work reports, breakdown reports, and cost reports for management.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and work towards controlling and optimizing maintenance costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance history of all major equipment and assets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities during outlet openings, renovations, shifting,



and new installations.
- Ensure that all contractors and technicians follow proper safety protocols while working at company premises.
- Handle urgent maintenance requirements during operational hours and provide support during emergencies.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, retail, or commercial facility industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance.
- Good team-management and vendor-management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and maintenance requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, maintenance records, reporting, and documentation.
- Robust focus on safety, quality, and cost control.
