We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our team and ensure the quality and compliance of our US residential mortgage processing, focusing on appraisal review and vendor management of appraisal management companies (AMC). The ideal candidates should have experience with conventional, VA, and FHA guidelines and be proficient in reviewing mortgage files and related documents. This position involves working rotational shifts to align with US business hours.

Role & Responsibilities:

File Review & Analysis: Review mortgage files/orders for compliance with conventional and FHA guidelines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Document Expertise: Analyze and review mortgage-related documents (e.g., 1004, 1025, 1073, 1004D). Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to validate processed orders and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.



Participate in training sessions and workshops.

Appraisal Review: Review appraiser reports for accuracy and compliance with UAD requirements. Ensure reports meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards.

SSR Review: Conduct SSR reviews to resolve issues before final submission. Ensure compliance with lender and investor requirements.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with AMCs to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitor vendor performance and address discrepancies. Maintain robust relationships with AMCs.

Communication: Communicate with appraisers via emails and calls. Follow up with lenders, appraisers, and borrowers, and document interactions.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-4 years in US residential and commercial mortgage quality assurance or a similar role preferred. Freshers with interest in mortgage processing are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Proficient in reviewing mortgage-related documents. Strong understanding of conventional and FHA guidelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work rotational shifts.
