- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Take cake and bakery product orders over the phone.
- Explain products, prices, offers, and availability to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer details and daily call records.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Moderate English.
- sales experience will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
