We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, a confident and qualified personality, excellent convincing and negotiation abilities, and prior experience in telecalling, customer handling, sales, lead conversion, loan/financial services, or related profiles. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with prospective and existing customers, explaining company products/services, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, maintaining proper call records, generating and converting leads, and achieving assigned performance and business targets.



Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, possess good Hindi and English communication skills, have a professional approach toward customers, and demonstrate strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. Prior telecalling experience will be strongly preferred, particularly candidates who have worked in banking, financial services, NBFC, loan, fintech, insurance, sales, or customer acquisition roles.
